Server uprade!

This announcement is a month or so overdue, but better late than never. Nova is now broadcasting at 128kbps, thats double the quality that we had previously. Nova now sounds 100% better with the new bitrate. Nova began broadcasting at 64kbps because we wanted all people with internet access to be able to stream it, but by now most of the target audience has broadband, so maintaining a higher bitrate is normal. At this time I'd also like to recognize, and thank Bart Roberts of the Sienar Conglomerate. Bart has financially supported the station by paying for the server for the past 3 years. This type of support was necessary in order to keep Nova broadcasting as long as it has. I cannot thank him enough for the support when I could not.
