Jarreth was correct...again!!!

Yep, Jarreth was correct in his guess as to who was Popcorn in the Masked Singer. It was the one and only Taylor Dayne. He is good at picking up on voices, but not me. In fact, that last time I heard her sing was in 1987 with "Tell it to my heart".

But as you can see The President seems happy that J was right 😉.

There have been some interesting and weird goings-on lately.

Days after the discovery and swift disappearance of two shining metal monoliths half a world apart, another towering structure has popped up and then quickly vanished, this time from the pinnacle of a trail in California.

The 3-sided, 10-foot-tall, 200-pound monolith was similar to two others discovered recently in the Utah desert and Romania. Like those structures, the origin of the California edifice is also unknown. But by Thursday, the California monolith had vanished, apparently torn down by a group of young men that travelled five hours from farther south to remove it.

Video posted online showed a group of young men wearing night-vision goggles toppling what appears to be the monolith before dawn while chanting “Christ is king” and “America First.”

One man also is heard saying to the camera: “We don’t want illegal aliens from Mexico or outer space.”

The men replaced the structure with a wooden cross, which also disappeared. All that was left Thursday of the monolith were few pieces of supporting rebar.

Speaking of disappearing monoliths...Just days after a large phallus sculpture mysteriously disappeared from a Bavarian mountainside, a similar wooden carving has appeared in its place.

The saga began several years ago when a 2-meter-tall (almost 7-foot) tall sculpture appeared on the 1,738-meter (5,702-foot) high Grünten mountain in southern Germany. It quickly became a selfie magnet for hikers and even featured on Google Maps, where it was described as a “cultural monument.”

The sculpture toppled over several weeks ago, only to be erected again. Last weekend it vanished entirely, with only a pile of sawdust left behind. Spooky or what?

WACKY-BUT-TRUE - THIEF STEALS CAR WITH NO BRAKES

In Russia, an unidentified man stole a nice looking car from a repair garage and was really enjoying its acceleration when he noticed something. It had no brakes. He sailed through a couple of traffic lights before crashing into another car. Police helped him from the wreckage before hauling him off to jail.

BOZO CRIMINAL

Today's bozo criminal comes from North Bend, Washington, where the cops noticed a car on

I-90 with what was described as “extremely dim headlights”. Our bozo was pulled over and the officer noticed the car had significant front end damage. Enough damage that the standard equipment headlights were missing and had been replaced by a couple of flashlights that our bozo had duct-taped to the frame. Bad idea. This is not legal. It is also not legal to drive while your license is suspended.

Senator Cory Booker is a known 'Trekkie' but recently praised a 'Star Wars' franchise. His girlfriend, Rosario Dawson, was in "The Mandalorian" ... but, he still wants her to beam up to the USS Enterprise.

The U.S. Senator was on Capitol Hill Thursday when he was asked about Rosario's debut on the hit Disney+ series as Ahsoka Tano. Not shockingly, he said she was phenomenal, but not only in the role.

Booker says she was great at keeping secrets from him while she was shooting -- including a big one about Baby Yoda. Doesn't sound like he's holding a grudge though because he's already

pulling for her to expand her sci-fi range by jumping to a 'Star Trek' project.

Awesome news coming up in the next couple of years. I just read today that new Game of Thrones spin-off prequel, House of the Dragon has a start date confirmed. Well, they say that but the story only said that production begins in 2021 and that the show should air sometime in 2022. So we have a bit of waiting time.

They did show some of the artwork of a Targaryen dragon, however.

We also discussed The Last Skywalker, a fan fiction movie that lasts about 30 minutes. I found it pretty awesome and according to the comments on YouTube a lot of others did too. One person said that a better story had been told in thirty minutes than the entire saga did over four decades. I'm not quite sure about that but it must have taken some effort to make. If you get a chance then please watch it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Some funny stuff right here. Jimmy Fallon played a clip from the Michigan Voter Fraud Hearing. Take a gander yourselves and try not to laugh. Snopes apparently checked it out and said it was genuine. Just check out the faces of the other people 🤣

This follows another type of leak, this time from his head. Lol, I hope he has better luck with his investigation that he does with his hair products.

And finally, there are some very lucky people out there. A Dutch train burst past the end of its elevated tracks in the Netherlands. But instead of crashing 30 feet to the ground, the train was caught by none other than a massive sculpture of a whale's tail. There was some damage but fortunately, the driver, who was the only person aboard remained unscathed.

The sculpture at the end of the tracks was given a prescient name: "Saved by the Whale's Tail," Another weird monolith thing going on.
